Our Newest Game!  Sole Survivor!

You're the employer!... There's no right answer... Who will you hire? In this rousing game, job seekers experience the hiring process from a new perspective... the employer's! Their name, reputation, and job is on the line as they decide who stays and who goes in each round. They'll see what works and what doesn't on applications and resumes, understand the importance of a good phone presentation, get a new take on the interview, and see the power of reference checks. They'll see how subjective the process is and finally understand that skills is only part of why people are hired. In the end, they choose the Sole Survivor and learn the long-term results of their decision. Their new understanding of the process and the employer’s perspective allows them to avoid getting screened-out, market themselves, and be the "Sole Survivors" in their own job search! This is a great stand alone game, and also a great way to begin our Overcoming Barriers, Creating Your Job Search Strategy, or Marketing Journals. This game is not in the WorkNet Game Box.
